ANODISING:

Anodising is  an electrolytic  passivation process for producing thick oxide layer on the aluminium surface. The oxide layer is typically 5 to 30µm in thickness and is used to gives excellent corosion protection ,good resistance to wear  and  decorative layer as well.

 
ANODISING LINE:

The line is fully automatic equipment for anodizing, electrocolouring and brightening process.
It operates with 42 tanks. It includes four anodizing bats with capacity 60 000 A, brightening process with 15 000A power, two baths for electrocolouring 10 000A each, a bath for organic or inorganic dyeing,hot and cold sealing processes .
In order to get different surface appearance of the aluminium profile from shiny to brushed surface it must be mechanical pretreated .
We have polishing brushing and sand blasting machines.

 
Prea-nodising- anodising before powder coating for more durability, better quality and longevity.
In this pretreatment an oxide layer is produced under controlled condisions, and this layer is not sealed.Pre-anodising of aluminium creates a durable, attractive and corrosion resistant coating that offers better-looking product.
