The Group is made up of four entities: Presezzi Extrusion S.p.A., COIM S.r.l., Profile Automation and Melting Technology (divisions of Presezzi Extrusion). Each member of the group is a leader in its own market and is able to provide the highest quality equipment for its own stage in the extrusion process. The close synergies existing within the group allow customers to entrust all their extrusion requirements to a single, consolidated industrial entity. PRESEZZI EXTRUSION manufactures an entire range of systems for aluminum, copper, brass and steel extrusion including traditional, front loading, back loading, direct, indirect presses and presses with piercer. All the machines are equipped with the most advanced energy saving systems. Presezzi Extrusion also specializes in the revamping of existing presses; the process can be “complete” including the reengineering of entire mechanical, electrical and hydraulic parts – or “partial”, simply replacing some main parts.

COIM is world leader in the design and manufacture of gas-fired billet heaters for the extrusion  of aluminum, copper and brass. It is the most recognized in the industry for the highest quality of our products, made in accordance with customer’s specifications.  Its range of products includes special furnaces for annealing and heat treatment, and tailor-made automatic storage for billets. 

PROFILE AUTOMATION designs and manufactures a wide range of products, machines related to the handling of aluminum extruded profiles and automated warehouses for many sectors, including automatic bridge cranes, profile stackers and destackers for packing application. Over the past few years it has developed specialized automated bagging machines, box and bundle formation machines as well as various solutions to improve strapping and bundle handling.

MELTING& TECHNOLOGY designs and supplies all the equipment for melting, heat treatment and scrap decoating. Its products include ingot pre-heating, melting and holding furnaces, Low Energy Consumption Stirrers, Dross Coolers and charging & skimming machines for melting furnaces.
The Group is able to support its customer in the complete development of important projects in the extrusion industry, by offering them the highest possible level of technical specialization in the field.
